During our whole house hunting endeavor, AD was always patient and understanding of our budget limitation & perhaps unrealistic expectations as 1st time Buyers. He offered sound advice and was always flexible with his schedule to accommodate our needs.. In the end, we were able to get the house that fit us perfectly and our daughter got a new buddy that she thought should live with us. We would not hesitate to work with AD again should we decide to sell or purchase in the future. We would highly recommend his services.

We asked AD to keep an eye out for a rental property for us. He set it up so we got new listings emailed to us automatically for duplexes and houses in the areas we were interested in and within our price range. He was always available to show any houses we were interested in. He found a great deal for us and we were able to put in an offer that was accepted before the house hit the listings. Then we needed to close in less than 30 days and AD made sure this happened. He's a pleasure to work with and really tries hard to keep you happy.
